Return & Exchange Policy
At Anam irumz, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and ensuring you are delighted with your purchase.
- General Policy: We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. Exchanges are only considered if there are quality issues with the product.
- Unstitched/Pret Collections: There is no return or exchange on unstitched/Pret items. Any complaints related to unstitched/Pret outfits must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the product. Complaints after 7 days will not be entertained.
- Payment via Credit Card or Bank Transfer: Customers may cancel or change their order within 48 hours of placing it.
Faulty Products: If the product is found faulty in terms of quality or workmanship, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once a query is generated, our Quality Department will review the issue and respond promptly. In case of a major fault, we may offer an exchange for future purchases.
