1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at Anamirumz is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you’ve selected an item, choose your size and click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove items before checking out. Click ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

2. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Anamirumz without creating an account.
However, registering with us offers the following benefits:

·        Track your order

·        Review your account history

·        Save your details for faster checkout next time

·        Manage account details, address book, and email preferences

·        Add sold-out items to your Wish List

To set up an account, click ‘Register’ and enter your details.

3. What payment methods does Anamirumz accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
We currently accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shopify Pay. Bank Transfer is also available globally. All payment details are securely transmitted using SSL encryption.

4. How can I choose the currency I pay in?
The base currency on our website is USD, but you can switch to Pakistani Rupee, British Pound, Canadian Dollar, or Euro. Use the currency option at the top right corner of the page to change it.

5. Which countries does Anamirumz ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping.

6. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

·        Ready-to-Wear (local): 3–5 working days

·        International: 12–15 working days
Shipping charges for local orders are free; international charges depend on location and weight.

7. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, same-day delivery is available only for selected unstitched items.

8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Local orders: No duties or taxes — free nationwide shipping.
International orders: Duties may apply according to your country’s regulations.

9. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can request cancellation, size change, or edits to billing/shipping details within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed, but you may contact customer care for assistance. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. Use this number to track your order or contact Anamirumz customer care for status updates.

11. Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight differences due to screen settings, lighting, and device displays
