Return Policy

1. Delivery Time? We provide shipping all over Pakistan through Leopards Courier Service and internationally through DHL. Deliveries can take 2-5 business days for local orders and 7-10 days for international orders.

1. Custom Duty?  Customers will pay import duty for international Deliveries.

2. Listing and descriptions?  Anam&Irum'z makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. While the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the pictures shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Anam&Irum'z cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

3. Amend your orders? You can suggest any amendments within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any modification to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges, which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

4. Returning the Product? We do not accept returns for online orders.

5. What is the Exchange Policy? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product. You must send it back within 14 days of purchase with a suit tag on it. But for Exchange, You have to Bear Delivery Charges Next time.

6. What if my merchandise is damaged? We do a satisfactory check of all our products before packaging them. However, if your purchased item is damaged, we will exchange it within 14 days of purchase.
